Hero Wars oaslo Tool is a browser extension designed to improve usability by processing game-related information and user-defined configuration settings.

1. Data We Process

The Extension processes only the minimum data required for functionality:

Session-related information generated by the game during active user interaction
Gameplay state data such as character progression and skill values from the current session
Request metadata from game communication strictly needed to support feature execution
User configuration data defined by the user inside the extension

The Extension does not collect personal identification information such as name, email, address, phone number, or payment data.

The Extension does not collect browsing history, does not track user activity, and does not monitor general web usage outside of the supported game pages.

2. Purpose of Processing

We process data solely to provide user-requested functionality:

Maintaining session continuity during active use of the game
Executing features based on user-defined configuration
Supporting gameplay-related assistance features

3. Data Retention

Most information is temporary and only exists during active sessions.

Session-related and gameplay-related data is not stored permanently and becomes invalid when the user logs out, refreshes authentication, or re-enters the game with a new session.

The only persistent data stored is the playerId, which is used solely as a technical identifier for configuration synchronization on the user-selected backend service.

No authentication credentials, request headers, gameplay state data, or personal information are stored long-term.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

Data is only transmitted to services explicitly selected by the user for configuration synchronization.

5. Automated Processing

All actions are triggered only by explicit user interaction or configuration. The Extension does not perform background data collection outside of user-initiated usage.

6. Third-Party Services

The Extension interacts only with supported game services and the user-selected backend service when explicitly triggered by the user.

7. User Control

Users may stop all processing at any time by disabling or removing the Extension.
